For the purposes of relevant data protection legislation, we are a controller of your personal data. As a controller we use (or process) the personal data we hold about you in accordance with this privacy notice.  We collect information about you for billing purposes, to process your order, to provide you with the best service possible and to meet our legal responsibilities.

The type of information we will collect about you can include: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. By submitting information via our websites, social media, email or phone you consent to the collection and use of this information by Direct365 Ltd and its 3rd party service providers in the fulfilment of your order.

We require any third party who is contracted to process your personal data on our behalf to have security measures in place to protect your data and to treat such data in accordance with the law.

Transactions on our websites are secure and protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. After a transaction, your private payment information will not be stored on our servers or websites as these transactions are processed outside our websites by secure 3rd parties such as First Data, Sage Pay and PayPal.

We use Rackspace and Shopify as our data processors for our websites.

Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering. Your email address maybe used for our marketing purposes such as sending you offers, newsletters, order and product updates, etc that we feel will be of interest to you, unless you unsubscribe.

Any information held can be viewed within your account with us. We expect you to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password for your account. We can see the general account details but not your password. If you find any inaccuracies contact us on and we will delete or correct it promptly.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and will process your personal data fairly, lawfully and transparently. Any personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We will not sell your information and we will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).​

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as defined by legislation, due to the size of our business and proportion of data we control and process. Our Managing Director has overall responsibility for our data protection.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.
